Marco Brunetti

My name is Marco Brunetti, born in Italy and currently living in Barcelona.
I always worked with people to find out good ways to make life better for our clients, and I have been doing so for the last 20 years in different ways mastering problem-solving and listening skills.
I come from a classic graphic design background and always worked as a team, when not working as freelance, with the same goals creating a richer life for clients that benefit from our works. My experience has also allowed me to learn from mistakes and recover from bad situations with continuous improvement.
I moved in Spain because I would like to gain an international work experience and challenge myself, both personally and professionally, by living and working in a foreign country: experiencing a different culture and language is important to me.
Speaking of cultures, i always tried to make friends everywhere i worked because i like to make friends, rather than cold colleagues, and help them in any difficulties: with a good relations comes better results. In fact once i read that close work friendships boost employee satisfaction by 50% and people with a best friend at work are seven times more likely to engage fully in their work, and i totally agree.
Being a new thing for me there will be failures, of course, but i like making every day a new learning experience.
I mastered I am very outgoing, easy to get along with and great with people. I always treat others respectfully and I have the ability to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise. I am also a fast learner when new duties or new challenges knocks at my door.
