Giuseppe Filippone

I grew up between Brooklyn, NY, and Campobasso, Molise (Italy).

Like you, Davide, I have had a passion for cars for as far back as I can remember.

There was nothing around me growing up that captivated my imagination and attention as much as cars, trucks, and busses did back then. I would often get into trouble in school for drawing them instead of paying attention in class and was told by many that I must have been some sort of sauvant for knowing the year make and model of every car I would see on the street.

My education initially revolved around fine arts (photography and painting) but I ended up getting a Transportation Design degree from Art Center and eventually making my way to my current role at General Motors as a Creative Digital Sculptor in the Warren Advanced studio.

I am looking to transition into a more independent role eventually and am looking to broaden my skillsets and push myself out of my comfort zones in order to grow creatively.
