Kseniia Guseva

My name is Kseniia, and I am also known as @faimyxstitch. I'm an embroidery artist from Saint-Petersburg. Now based in Berlin. Saint Petersburg boasts numerous impressive buildings and palaces. Thanks to this beautiful city, I've developed a passion for architecture and traveling.
I was always interested in creating and tried everything I could: knitting, crocheting, cross-stitching, sewing, sketching, beadwork, until I finally found my medium - hand embroidery. And I have been embroidering every day since 2016. My main interest is architecture, and I've created a series of city patterns - over 145 cities already.
The other area I love - upcycling and customising. Embroidery makes everything better. I love to experiment with fabric and surfaces: cotton, canvas, tulle, jeans, bags, t-shirts, and even trainers.
I love the idea that I can create something from scratch and teach how to make it. No matter where I live, I can communicate with people all over the world.
