Emily Faulkner

I love the arts, colours, music, literature, dance, etc. I appreciate and practice many art forms—I can never seem to settle on one! They are all about creating meaning, understanding the world we live in and touching the lives of those around us.
I enjoy taking photos with my Fujifilm XT-10 camera, of big and small beautiful things and beautiful moments. I like experimenting with how visual forms convey ideas and metaphors. I also enjoy sketching, and painting with watercolours, generally seeing the world through the eyes of an artist.
Currently in my career, I work for a French magazine with an international audience with deep religious roots. Most of all, I aim to create work that meets a spiritual need for people, in whatever form that may be.
