Joshua Weiner

Photographer, fiber crafter, and former goth who evolved into a hobbit living in Seattle, WA.

I've been doing photography for about 20 years and first documented underground music and dance in NYC before shifting to landscapes, portraiture, and most recently still life (primarily flowers). For crafting I've been doing knitting and crochet on and off for a decade and have recently gotten interested in historical sewing and embroidery. I'm interested in creating sustainable clothing for the burning future out planet faces. The past few years I've become interested in generative AI for image making.

I come from a long line of crafters, my mother has been gardening, sewing, and especially making quilts for decades while my father did stained glass, ceramics, and carpentry.
