Nicole Meacham

I’m a 40yo, disabled, stay-at-home mom who hails from a family of casual artists. Art has always been a part of my life and creating has always been crucial to my happiness. I have indulged in many types of creativity, but digital illustration is my favorite. For me, figuring out how to achieve what I want to is like solving a puzzle. I have no formal training, and no intention of doing this professionally, but I have a lifelong dream of writing and illustrating my own children’s book to be passed down generationally amongst my family. A lot of my previous work has been realism, but I really want to develop an anime style. It’s proven to be particularly challenging for me, so that brings me to why I’m here.
