Es un curso bueno. Si estás en proceso de coaching o auto-coaching da muchas herramientas puntuales para seguir el camino de convertir creencias y crear nuevas rutinas.

I love the clarity of the entire course (I was sold when she introduced her Influences because they are my influences too!) I love how she put them all together and simplified the process. Teacher Jessica made it all sound so achievable that I am confident I can finally trust myself to set and reach goals again. :)

My favourite part in the course is morning page practice. Believe me it is really helping me out of being a confusion mindset. Thank you so much teacher.

Me encanto el curso, creo que es un proceso que lleva tiempo para trabajar pero me ayudo muchísimo a regular mis pensamientos. Lo súper recomiendo, muy claro y didáctico.

Because the topic is manifestation techniques, I expected great visualization from the teacher herself even from the start. She (and you guys at Domestika!) did not dissappoint. And although I don't think much of her influences, the teacher herself is influencing me greatly right from the beginning. I've seen her personal introduction three times now - it feeds something in my soul, gives me confidence, courage and hope for what I am trying to do - in my case, a PhD thesis. :)

I love this course. I have taken coaching courses in the past. This course is easy to follow. Her voice and how she explains it are very pleasing and comforting.
