Very complete in reference to the oil painting technique. I like very much the classical painting approach in this course. My favorite themes are definitely not the birds, but all the information I learned from this course is equally helpful in my portrait paintings.

This artist is a true professional! Her presentation of classical art instruction and technique is so valuable and has been unavailable to me during my college painting curriculum which focused on post modern abstraction. She presented course material in a clear and easy to follow format with step by step demonstrations as well as explanations of the thought processes behind each one of these centuries old traditions. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed this course as a newbie to oil painting. Lots of information, not only on painting but also drawing.

Thor teacher was very thorough, covered a ton of information, and I would take more courses from her. She painted wet on wet and I was unable to complete the project in a day so I’d like to know if she would oil an area if it dries in order to paint over a longer time.
