The course is good and informative HOWEVER, I would not recommend it. Here's why: you need to get a ton of supplies and these supplies are expensive. The glass grinder alone costs about $100, and that's just one item in the long supply list. I would recommend finding a local class, so you can find out if you enjoy the stained glass hobby before buying all the gear. I think this course would be more beginner friendly if it was a more basic project that didn't require a grinder.

This course is very clear. He explains everything with passion. I'm looking forward to do my own project.

Uma visita a um museu dedicado ao Vitral no Porto (dedicado ao Atelier Antunes), levou-me a querer saber mais sobre como fazer um eu mesmo. E foi assim que conheci este curso, muito bem explicado, que me inspirou em querer experimentar esta técnica.

I am just getting started with stained glass, and am very happy I came across this class after buying a starter kit and related supplies. There are a few things (like soldering technique) that I would have liked a bit more guidance on, but was able to supplement with other sources. This course teaches the basic elements, and it's easy to modify by using another (relatively simple) pattern if you don't like the one offered as a guide. I will definitely be referring back to this as I continue on.

Le cours est bien construit et très bien expliqué. Jarod met en avant les règles de sécurité bien importantes pour ce matériau. Je suis très contente de mon choix et je vais bientôt me lancer en pratique.

I enjoyed this online course. It was clear and easy to follow. I’m based in the UK so can’t order my supplies from the US but that is fine because it is the process of making stain glass creations that I’m interested in. It’s also good that you can watch as many times as you like! Thank you!
