I created my Domestika account because of this course. It’s a very interesting subject matter and I learned something new that I will try to use in my design work. As a beginner, I really enjoyed trying different things with the code and I’m looking forward to revisit this course after learning more about the basics.

I'm loving it so far, but I think people that doesn't have any experience with programming might have some trouble. Some of the teacher explanations are very concise and need a previous background.
But the final results are great.

I started full of expectations; however, soon I started having trouble installing canvas on my mac, and haven't been able to solve the problem yet.
Additionally, I find it hard to grasp the synthaxis of the programming language; thought I think that's my problem and not a problem of the course itself.

It's a nice and useful course in terms of adjusting your instruments to actually start making visualizations.

I am not a coder, so I think the learning curve at the start was a bit steep. But it was stimulating to see all the things created with code only. I hope this course will make me more comfortable managing code and applying it to websites. Still, I am only a few lessons in. As the course is about graphics that I have worked with for many years, I also hope it will help me to find shortcuts in accessing programming. So I can feel more comfortable with the code.

In high school I always like playing around with graphics. Later on I went to study computer science and artificial intelligence but have always kept a desire for some creativity.

This course can be completed in a couple of hours if you’re used to programming, but starts very basic in order for anyone to catch on. The fusion between coding and direct graphical output makes this definitely worthwhile!

This is a great course, especially for people who want to work more with Javascript and the Canvas API.
