L'insegnante offre una spiegazione molto dettagliata della tecnica. Mi è piaciuta molto la parte in cui mostra i diversi strumenti e il modo ottimale di utilizzarli (es. primo uso dei pennelli e loro conservazione), che non ho trovato in altri corsi di calligrafia.

I have been practicing for quite some time now, and I must say I am very happy with how well I developed the writing of the characters. Not only I could find flow with the strokes but I also could experiment with materials beyond the brush, such as pencil and marker. I wish it had covered a little bit about posture and how to hold the brush, because these are details that make a difference on the results—but nothing that practice won't teach you either. I can't wait to try different styles now!

Estoy muy contento con este curso de introducción a la caligrafía china. Thomas explica con mucho detalle las características de cada trazo y, sobre todo, me resultan valiosos sus ejemplos prácticos. Hecho en falta que no exista la posibilidad de realizar alguna consulta al profesor, ya que en un proceso de parendizaje es normal que surgan dudas. ¡Pero en terminos generales me parece un curso muy recomendable!

Easy to follow and a very good introduction to Chinese calligraphy. Contains all the essential information you need to be able to start writing Chinese calligraphy.

Muito interessante, apesar de o estar a fazer mais lentamente por motivos de ordem pessoal e também por estar a aprender língua chinesa mandarim.

Está muy bien si no sabes nada o casi nada sobre la caligrafía china (orden de los trazos, diferentes formas de trazar un mismo trazo, nombres de los trazos, etc.). Ejemplos detallados y buen material para practicar.
