This is a very interesting and stimulating course. I hadn’t grasped at the beginning that the project is a book. Laura gives us the building blocks of different techniques and ideas for creative watercolour pictures but then you are off, freely combining these ideas and discovering new ones along the way. The result is a book which has its own coherence that could never have been imagined at the start. A really fun journey!

Bought this course for my young daughter, her grandmother, and I to enjoy together. It is a great beginners course for both adults and children. Laura does a great job of building step-by-step each technique in a playful yet organized manner. I really appreciate how she encourages you to make mistakes and take risks. The end results are fun and visually pleasing!

I'm only on unit 2 and love it already! It's occupied me nearly all day and I'm not even halfway through this section. Well worth the money (I didn't pay full price but I would). I'm not a novice at art in general (I have an Art degree) but never been comfortable with paint and I think this is a really fun and accessible way to start. I can't wait to learn about colour. I've already recommended it to my mum :)

This course is extremely excellent. No matter how experienced or inexperienced you are, I recommend this. You will learn more than just how to paint with watercolor in this course.
However, you will learn how to be creative. Then, you will find an idea that inspires you to paint.

The instructor is very good and gives clear instructions. The course was enjoyable and I got some good ideas -- although I am a little more experienced that the target audience, I think. I would recommend for novices or young adults.

Laura takes the fear factor out of trying new things and exploring possibilities with watercolors. As a beginner, this is so appreciated. Thank you !

Questo corso mi sta piacendo molto. L'insegnante è molto precisa nelle sue spiegazioni e presenta molti stimoli. Gli stimoli sono creativi e trasmettono e stimolano la passione per lo studio dell'acquerello. Personalmente sono molto contenta.

This was the perfect introduction to watercolour (and art/painting as a whole for me!). Loved every minute, and now feel much more confident and excited to explore my creative side. I enjoyed how Laura teaches you the basics from brushes to colour mixing (I had no experience whatsoever) and also does it in a way where you feel free to be creative and not overthink it nor be held back with unnecessary rules. Brilliant!
