I loved this course, it was refreshing, inspiring and I'm now rewatching it. I think this might be my favourite illustration course so far. The English subtitles were really good too.

Really fun and refreshing class - Maru's teaching style is effortless and easy to follow, and she makes it fun to experiment, let go of expectations, and play!

I haven't started it yet but I know it's going to be fabulous. I'm waiting for the right moment to get into it. I'm quite busy with the illustration degree course work, but I would love to incorporate some of the gouache skills I will be learning on this course into my final major project which I'm working on at the moment! so I'm starting very soon and i know i won't be disappointed. the translations into English look perfect too! Thank You!

Maru Godas é fantástico!

The course was very enjoyable introduction to a often-neglected medium. I like the teacher's insistence on having fun and to worrying over much about perspective, natural colors, etc.

Very nice and inspiring course! Maru has a lot of energy, she is engaging and explains things clearly.

Had great fun with this course. Even though Spanish is not my native language (I'm Dutch), I found it easy to follow. Love to work with gouache, it opened up a whole new world to me! I would recommend this course to anybody who wants to learn something in painting, you don't have to be good at sketching or colours or be super creative. Just go with the flow!

I love Maru's style, her colors are beautiful and bold, she explains properly her process and overall, following her course I had a very good time. I also learned a lot about gouache and how to work with it to get the best results.

Maru is a brilliant teacher! She explains everything very clearly and the exercises are super fun and effective. I had so many a-ha moments when she explained her approach and it helped me not only to pick up gouache really quickly but also to improve my watercolor technique. Her artwork is so beautiful and fun, too, very inspiring! Absolutely recommend the course.

Maru's way of explaining is great, she helped a lot for me to understand gouache as a new medium - I've been painting with watercolor for a while. I like the simplicity of the exercises, and gladly recommend this course as a first step in gouache painting for every beginner.
