Christina Karoulla

I am the founder and co director of a Homeware brand called Decorum. We have a shop in South London and a website.
I have an off / on relationship with ceramics and concrete and for the last 10 years it has been very on and my business reflects that. I have a more hands on experience with ceramics as I dabbled in a few courses and loved every minute of it, however business and family takes over and time was always so limited. I studied Interior Design many years ago, and that's what put me in good stead to start my own business, which I absolutely love.
My love for concrete and architectural form is a very long one. Inspired by brutalist architecture and mid century forms to the simple chair and vase.
I want to explore more and create forms, using concrete and resin. I am limited with space, but do have more time.
Cannot wait to get stuck in.
