Hajer Alibrahim Hajer

Hajer Alabrahim was born in Asharqiyah, Saudi Arabia. In 2008 she hold a diploma of childhood education from College of Science and Humanities in Jubail industrial city, KSA. 2017, she hold a Bachelor of Furniture Design from IUPUI Herron School of Art and Design in Indianapolis, IN, USA. Her work is related to reading in an inventive way. Through wood, printmaking, and book art, she tells the story of important Muslim people. Her work has been exhibited at different galleries Misk art " Experience 3.0”at Riyadh, SA 2019, Hakaya Misk at Riyadh, SA 2019, Undergrad show -Herron School of Art and Design (juried)2017, Furniture Group Show at Eskanazi Fine Arts Center 2017, TIMI lab show at Basil Gallery 2017, Undergrad show at March Gallery -Herron School of Art and Design (juried) 2016, and Foundation show at March Gallery- Herron School of Art and Design (juried) 2015. In 2018 she received Windgate Fellowship Award from center for craft at Asheville, NC.
