Caroline Marshall

Trained as a linguist I have no qualifications in art other than a (very old!) GCSE! Five and a half years ago I took a gamble and took over the running of a local art group and now run two of them.

I do step by step workshops for adults and kids, mainly in acrylics, sometimes watercolour. I also sometimes do pastel pet portraits. Acrylic and pastel are my favourite mediums. I don’t draw much these days. I’ve lost confidence there and would like to improve.

I like to continue to learn new skills so that in turn I can inspire the members of my groups. One day I would like to write and illustrate a childrens book.

I love reading, walking with my dog and friends, Pilates and Clubbercise!
