Céline Alcaraz

Hi, I’m Celine.

I’m originally from Marseille, South of France, and I’ve been living in Barcelona for the past 18 years.
I’m fluent in French and Spanish and work mainly in English. I also understand Catalan and Italian.

I’m a Lead / Senior UX Designer and Experience Strategist with a hybrid profile combining a strong creative background with a solid focus on product and technology. I specialize in device-agnostic design and have extensive experience working in R&D environments, collaborating with technical, scientific, creative, and leadership teams. I also bring 20+ years of experience in graphic design, which gives me a broad perspective on communication and experience design.

I’m naturally curious and always look for projects where I can keep learning and growing. Over the past few years at Oracle, I’ve developed strong experience with GenAI, AI Assistants, and agentic experiences, and my team and I recently won Oracle’s international Hackathon.

I also have experience leading international teams: at Roche Diabetes Care, I led a team of four designers, a technical writer and an intern in a global, multidisciplinary environment.
I particularly enjoy being involved from the very beginning of a project—from discovery and understanding the problem to defining the concept, prototyping, iterating, and launching an MVP.

I use Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design as a foundation, while always adapting the process to the context and focusing on creating experiences that work in the real world.
I
