I live in southern germany, my roots are in eastern germany. I studied mechanical engineering at the technical university in Dresden. Since I was a teenager I love taking photos with my analogue camera. The imperfections are perfect for me. I also like drawing and painting. I never had the time to develop my drawings and making studies on my own. Something else was more important, but my heart always cries for more quality time and doing things i can get lost in. My two kids and the old big parish house with the big garden we bought in 2019 let me overthink my priorities. We renovate the complete house on our own. And now I want to use my time consciously. I want to practice mindfulness. I started with aquarell in 2019. It started with some eastern and christmas cards for the family.
I like to test different materials, although expensive and cheap colour, hard and soft brushes, using templates, sponges and so on. I mix pencil, aquarell, fineliner, and many more.
