Hind Abdolddin

Six years ago, I graduated from Architectural University, and due to the war in Syria, I got into a bad depression. There were no jobs. I couldn't continue my studies. I couldn't leave Syria. Only art cures me. What started as a challenge has become my passion. I fell in love with watercolor and its transparency, and I enjoyed expressing my sadness and disappointment through female portraiture. I continued drawing while working full-time as an architect and freelancing (as in Syria, you need to work multiple jobs to survive), learning graphic design and making short animation videos as a freelance interior designer for the UAE and KSA, and I have continued to practice the art in my spare time since then. My art gets better and better, and I always want to learn something new. and I hope this will be my career.
When I moved to Dubai in 2021 after Covid, I did a career shift, due to several reasons I don’t want to bored you with it. And I started to work in media, and started to learn digital painting in my free time. My Goal now is to another career shift but this will comping all what I am passionate about, architecture and design, books and stories, TV and movies and above all drawing. Storyboard and cinematic scenes design.
That’s why I am trying to take this course among others.
I hope I can reach what I’m looking for eventually, and achieve my goals. I believe that’s never too late to learn a new skills and do what you love doing.
