Sweet Boxer, collage piece with photographic, 2D and 3D elements

Hi, for this project which I've calles "Sweet Boxer", I started from a veru rough sketch. I've tried to follow Magdiel advices about the 4 elements of observation. Obviously, as to the composition is centred and symmetrical; the style is very pop and saturated (my two main sources of inspiration beyond Magdiel, have been Martin Parr and David La Chapelle); as to elements I've used contrasting iconography (thunder and heart, barbed wire and flowers, the power of the boxer and the fragility of the rabbit, all balanced by the third eye); those elements have been conducive to express the contradictory feelings that characterized every human being and the choices they can make. Is the boxer going to slay the rabbit or is he grabbing it to keep it safe by himself? The animal stare is almost the mirror of our heart. All of this points are expressed in a caricatural way, considered the size of elements and heated colors which are there to highlight how contradictory and ironical life can be.

Thanks a lot to Magdiel, this course has been a lot of fun and liberating!

After a quick sketch, I've used both Photoshop for the photographic collages (most of the images where generated by AI) and Illustrator for 2D and 3D elements.
