Job Summary:
As a Software Tester at PDF Butler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our document automation solutions. You will conduct both automated and manual testing to ensure our software meets the highest standards and is aligned with our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:
Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for accuracy and feasibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across all stages of development.
Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) to maintain software integrity.
Design and develop automation scripts when necessary.
Identify, track, and document software defects and inconsistencies.
Provide timely solutions and collaborate closely with developers to address issues.
Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile development cycle.
Maintain thorough support documentation and assist with technical inquiries when needed.
Take ownership of tasks, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in software testing, ideally in a SAAS or document automation environment.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and basic programming knowledge.
Experience with Agile methodologies and applying quality engineering principles.
Fluent in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently, think critically, and solve complex problems.
A sense of ownership, responsibility, and a hands-on approach to challenges.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements and priorities.
