Hello. As I am starting the course of making a Food Memory journal, I would like to say that cooking, taking photos and getting to know new cultures are among my favourite interests. I love to experiment with food, preparing dishes from scratch and trying new recipes from around the world. I also run a blog about food, but not on a regular basis, due to lack of time. I also collect cookbooks and am fascinated by the history of cooking.
