To be honest, I am more a “Life Decorator”. This is why my artistic cuisine is very simple. I love using very bright colors and lots of ornaments!
I was born in Kazakhstan under the sun of Almaty, “City of apples”. During my childhood, I grew up bathed in the cultural multi-national richness , surrounded by traditional colors and patterns that have rubbed off on me: carpets, cups, clothes, flower beds, bus stops. Chinese, Korean, Kazakh, Turkmen, Uzbek, Japanese, Tibetan, Arabic motifs have become my passion. Over the years, I have learned to engrave the events of my life with motifs, as is customary in Asia.
Then, I moved to France, discovering a new language and new ornaments. It is the beginning of a new adventure in which a traditional motif represents a continuation and a reflection of this new language. Since then, the ornament has become my tool to create a surreal dream world adorned with surprising details and mysterious characters.
