Linda Maddaford

This is the first art course I have taken in over ten years, I have repressed my artistic tendencies and yearning for far too long. I am retired and living on the family homestead on my husband's side, in pastoral Saskatchewan.

I tend to look at almost everything through the artist's lens, how the light highlights a subject, shadow and light play fascinate me and I imagine sketching what I see. But I have not honoured this aspect of my creativity for a long time.
