I LOVE to craft with textile mediums, as a self taught seamstress from my early teens, to running my own successful wedding accessories couturier business creating and design all the pieces myself to meticulous detail.
I also adore love knitting and crochet. But my love for historical and film costume started in my last years of secondary school and I have dabbled with it on and off through out my life. Now I have more time so am dabbling further. To work in costume would have been my ideal choice for a career but life took me down a difference path, hence here I am, dabbling into costume design again for the absolute joy of it.... who knows where it may take me! :)
