I'm Erika Scopelliti, from Messina - Italy. I am an Italian language specialist with experience in translation, translation revision, proofreading, and localization. I currently work as a Project Manager for a company that offers language services.
I love traveling and exploring the world, I love cooking, and I love learning!
These 3 things together make the kitchen my safe space and cooking the only activity that manages to relax, challenge, and excite me -all at the same time!
I have a small Instagram page called "erikas_sunday_challenge" where I like to share what I cook.
My passion for food and cooking might come from the fact that I am Italian (and everyone knows Italians have a thing for food!), but it also grew thanks to my travels and experiences.
I love cooking for my partner and for my friends -it brings me joy- and I would like to be able to share this passion with other people from different countries and cultures.
