My two creative passions are music and food. After years of being in the music business, I felt it was time to explore my other creative passion which is making healthy but delicious snacks and treats. inDolgence was formed using my name incorporating my indulgence for dark chocolate with the star ingredients, cacao powder, cacao butter and coconut sugar and natural ingredients that are free from dairy, gluten, refined sugars, preservatives, additives and emulsifiers. It spurred me on to creating cacao snack bars and chocolates using flavours from fruits, nuts, vegetables and spices.
In the process of creating my range of snack bars and chocolates, I have also created my own design for warping which is recyclable.
Registering for this course will only help me on my innovative journey in making these healthy snack bars and chocolates into bespoke indulgent treats.
