The teacher is amazing, the course gives a lot of knowledge and I loved it! The only thing it could be a little better was the capturing of the teacher pipping the first rose. I couldn't really see what she was doing because the camera angle always changed when she talked. But it was definitely not her fault. And she repeated the process and then the video was bettter.

I have not started with the course because I cannot find a Candy thermometer. I have ordered in line. Delivery is late January.

For a begginer is a great course!

I find it quite slow for my personal preference. For a beginner this will be a good course. I appreciate the fact that the audio is in English, unlike my previous courses which are in Spanish.
