I've been journaling daily mostly by writing, now I feel existed about drawing in my journal everyday. Kate has great prompts suggestions and some beautiful ways to illustrated it. I recommend this course to anyone who loves to draw and journal.

Il corso di Kate mi ha ispirato uno sguardo nuovo sul quotidiano attraverso l’esercizio di rielaborazione del vissuto in immagini. Confesso di non riuscire a disegnare tutti i giorni, ma, come già detto, guardo e perciò vivo ogni momento con occhi nuovi. Sono molto grata per questo corso. Kate è una guida straordinaria, apprezzo molto il suo stile, artistico e didattico.

This course is really helpful to be able to practice meditation every day. Drawing I think is not difficult, but to maintain every day is not easy

This course was very inspiring for me and I could learn a lot from it.

This was exactly what I needed to kickstart a daily drawing habit. Kate made the commitment to filling a page less intimidating and something I actually look forward to doing. Her voice is very calm and her pace is perfect for beginners. I would highly recommend this to anyone who feel they are not artists to unleash all the visual magic and creative soul out of you. :)
