As a newbie to watercolour, but a enthusiastic birdlover, I really enjoyed this course. The approach was easy to follow and the lessons were well explained. I had my first really nice bird painting with the "monochromatic" bird-lesson.

I just love this course. I'm new to watercolor painting, I've been painting with oils most of my life.
The approach to water color is opposite to oil, with water colors starting with light first.
I have tried to learn how to use watercolors and get so frustrated. This course is so well organized and easy to follow. I can't wait now to get started painting my first watercolor birds.

A lovely, well taught course. Great for beginner and intermediate level. I learned several new tricks to further improve my watercolours and enjoyed the course overall.
I’d love to see a bit more closeups while the instructor is painting as well as more discussion on composition.
