I started decorating sugar cookies with royal icing for fun 9 years ago. I love to do this for special occasions, and sometimes have my coworkers over to decorate cookies together. I'd like to get better at it - sometimes I get cratering and inconsistent results on my icing and I don't know why. That's what brought me to this course. Looking forward to it!
