My name is Vololona. I am passionate about changing people’s perception of afro ethnic groups in my country, so that women with black complexion and afro textured hair can be seen as elegant, beautiful, respectable, can occupy strategic positions in society and be leaders. I want to see a world where afro women in my country are confident in themselves, posed, respected, can influence and lead where they are. I’ve gained experience in project management and entrepreneurship. I own a hair salon brand, and my work is to expand the brand and its vision to help women in my country, whatever ethnic group they are, be confident.
