Marijke van Buchem

I am a mostly self-taught artist. I started to sculpt at a young age but when I moved to the US in my late twenties I took some pottery classes for the fun of it and loved that so much that I started to focus on functional ware as well. This way I became a rather diversified ceramic artist. To this day I divide my time in my studio between sculpture and pots.
