Ludovica Ottaviani

I studied animation and drawing techniques for many years and decided to focus my skills on character design and storyboard, being very fond of creating stories that can convey strong emotions and characters that can support those kind of stories.
I studied in Italy, both in comics, concept art and animation field in schools such as "Scuola romana dei Fumetti", "Idea Academy" in Rome and "Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia" in Turin.
I worked on commissioned projects such as "Violenti Anonimi", an animated short against violence on women and my graduation short "Arzena Velenifera".
I worked professionally for an educational project known as "Pam Up", doing illustrations and finalizing backgrounds and characters for both the animated show and children's book of the project.
Recently I traveled to Ireland and lived there for around ten months until I had to come back to Italy due to family issues.
As for now I work on small art commissions and I'm building a new portfolio to actively look for a job in pre production.
