Kali Lian

I am a visual and movement artist, and I love to travel and learn about people around the world. I studied painting, woodworking at Oregon College of Art and Crafts.

I love the moment of meaning or connection that is sparked when someone sees an image that stimulates a feeling or memory or tells them a story in a visual moment. I love seeing what others see in the images I make. I have always been interested in storytelling through various mediums, visual, auditory or kinetic.

Currently in my studio practice I am working slowly on learning to tattoo on fake skin. I am also building out a van to travel in as a nomadic home.

I look forward to creating with the domestika community! I am excited to grow in my self expression, and learn from the global artists here who are kindly offering their deeply valuable skills and experience!
