Joao Monteiro

I am a self taught graphic artist of sorts but I've got a contradictory relationship with art in the sense that I like it very much - in all its different disciplines - but can't seem to settle on any given medium and can't find a style of my own. I also struggle with a certain degree of color blindness (mixing watercolors is the ultimate challenge for me). Notwithstanding, I've been dabbing with one art form or another my entire life, be that sign making (hand painted lettering and later vinyl cutting) or some digital illustration as I eventually became proficient (and Adobe certified) with programs like Illustrator and Photoshop. This watercolor adventure is just a hobby. Sorry about the lengthy brief :)
