I have always been a very creative person. I currently enjoy my profession as Esthetician (skin care therapist), and my past occupation was Costume Designer for Commercials, Television and Music videos. I love working with fabric. I am an avid knitter and crocheter, and a fan of fiber art. I have always wanted to take up painting and drawing, but thought I was not good enough... this past summer I went through a major life change, which unleashed an intense urge to paint and draw. My drawing has seriously astounded me, I am better than I thought.
I am currently beginning to use Watercolor, and I love every bit of it. When I am not experimenting and practicing with it, I am thinking of it, and wishing I was creating something and improving my style and technique.
I am dabbling in gouache, oil painting, oil pastels, and collage as well as drawing with Graphite and Charcoal. I would love to to combine all of these mediums together, and even some fiber art to find and release my creative energy to the world.
