I live on an island off the New England coast. Degree in Creative Writing and historical research. Arts experience (over many decades): various media, particularly acrylic and oil painting; pen/ink; block print; scratchboard illustration and tile mosaic. Procreate in the last few year, for children's book illustration.
I have returned to painting with oils and acrylic and would like to know more about color theory and technique.
Career work includes creating necessary but rather unimaginative medical graphics for a NYC-based film company using Adobe software, and taught classes in Photoshop and Premiere locally. Other areas include interior and exterior home design and renovation. Living on an island, being on or in salt water, And of course, family and a cat.
