I first began experimenting with writing short stories in the 1970s when I was 14. Living in Greece at the time, I wrote in Greek, focusing on fiction. However, by the age of 15, I had discarded all my work, doubted my abilities and never pursued publication.
Recently, I’ve rekindled my passion for writing, this time in English. Although I’m still new to it, I constantly generate ideas for new stories and thoroughly enjoy the process of refining my work. Much of my time is spent expanding my vocabulary and polishing my texts, but I never rush—I find writing to be a fulfilling way to express my thoughts and experiences. I’ve even started sharing my work with friends, which has been an encouraging step.
I am excited to take this course because I love challenging myself. I hope to further develop my writing skills, improve my organization, and enhance both the quality and efficiency of my creative process. One day, I aspire to publish my work and share my stories with a wider audience.
