Justo lo que queria. Siempre me ha llamado la atencion los cuadernos de botanica pero desconocia las diferentes tecnicas que se pueden emplear para realizarlos. Con este curso he adquirido la base que necesito para continuar experimentando y mejorando por mi cuenta. Lo recomiendo

This is the second class I have taken with Paulina. She is a wonderful instructor. Her exercises and practical lessons before jumping into the main content of the course help me build a lot of confidence in my skills. I was intimidated by creating a travel journal, but this course is helping me get over the fear of the blank page! I would highly recommend.

Very detailed instructions and good for beginners. There’s a lot of talking though which made me a bit tired and bored. However, I’m not exactly a beginner and some folks might find useful to hear thorough explanations.

I particularly enjoyed the colour study section where various colour combinations are made from existing colours. This guide helps to identify the natural flora colours that are not always available straight from the tube. It also helps us to work with our existing colours and in some ways, save on buying new tubes on paint :)

The downside of this course would be the translations. That has really got to improve, otherwise, the course is very much educational.

I really like this course. It goes into all aspects of a nature journal, from practice sketches, colour mixing and painting methods and clearly demonstrates all the techniques used. It is just what I was looking for.
My only criticism however, is that someone really needs to proof read the subtitles, some are quite amusing, with their literal translation, but others are just completely wrong!
