The course was a lot of fun. I was intimidated to paint pomegranate for a very long time. Julia's course made it so approachable. And I learned some new techniques that are very useful for future paintings.

Präzise und stets leicht verständliche Anleitungen zum Vorgehen und Tipps, die aus Julia Trickeys reichhaltiger Erfahrung aus ihrem eigenen künstlerischen Alltag stammten. Vorbildlich waren auch ihre stets klare, sofort verständliche Sprache und die ermutigenden Anregungen, das botanische Zeichnen und Malen für sich zu entdecken.

I liked the structured access to the different techniques and the friendly way it was presented. I liked, that she recommended to follow ones inspiration. I didn't need the German subtitles. They would have been confusing sometimes.

I am enjoying this course immensely. I really like her use of different primary mixing colors which has led me to experiment with a new palette. She has a calm, easy to follow teaching method and I'm learning a lot.

Excellent course with very detailed explanation. The teacher has a lovely way of explaining and transmitting her knowledge that gets you excited and enthusiastic to join her.

This is a fantastic course. I learnt so much, specially when learning textures. It is very well and carefully explained and demonstrated. Julia Trickey is an excellent artist and teacher. I achieved great results after doing this course.

excellent!!! You wouldn't be able to get this info from a book, Julia explains exactly how to use the medium to get different effects which would take a lot of trial and error if I just tried by myself and isn't so clear from a book because Julia explains exactly how and why she puts the paint on in such a way. I'll be doing more of these courses
