A nice educational lesson with a pleasant way of teaching. I keep coming back to it for inspiration.

My children and I are studying Leonardo da Vinci this semester, and we are planning on doing a reproduction of his self-portrait in red chalk. This course was perfect for helping us prepare for that. We learned so much about the materials and methods that Leonardo would have used. I appreciate how the course started with a simple sphere and worked up to a portrait. Thank you, Michele!

Grazie ai preziosi consigli in questo bellissimo corso di disegno rinascimentale, ho imparato ad usare queste tecniche e strumenti rinascimentali, davvero difficili da trovare. Spero che in futuro ci siano altri corsi di questo genere, così da poter approfondire la materia. Sono davvero molto soddisfatta!

Phenomenal course - amazing instructor with clear instructions and great tips for seeing and making shadows come to life! This is my first introduction to drawing and I've learned so much! Can't wait to take another :)

A really enjoyable and informative course. I have learnt a great deal about materials, techniques and portraiture. Exercises were challenging but well planned. Art historical context was great. Technical demos were fantastic, not just someone asking you to watch them work but really explaining things clearly. I think this tutor is one of the best i have had in all my Domestika courses. Highly recommend the course.

En mi opinión, se debe y es oportuno mostrar el avance del docente en el papel, más no al profesor directamente. Se centra la cámara en muchos momentos de las clases en el rostro y gestos del docente, y no se muestra claramente cómo el profesor va dibujando en el papel. Para nosotros, como estudiantes, es preciso ver los trazos y demás enseñanzas que imparte el docente; no nos interesa ver la cara del profesor, puesto que venimos aquí para aprender a dibujar.

This course has given me deep insights into building up the structure of a drawing and insights how to work perfectly with light and shadow, both. Michele Bajona is a great teacher who made it easy for me to follow and understand those concept.
I highly recommend this course.
