The course "Portrait Sketchbooking: Explore the Human Face" by Gabriela Niki is my first online drawing course.
The course is well structured and very well explained. I find it helpful that you can look over Ms. Niki's shoulder while drawing, observe and understand her hands and line work. This makes it much easier for me to practice.
The additional material is great, and I also liked that the (very likeable) artist talks about herself and her career in the intro.

Me gusta el curso. Solamente que va muy rápido. Además, yo hablo español, entonces al leer la traducción no veo la actividad completa. No la veo en forma continua. Debo repetirla varias veces.

I learned how to draw faces

I love the course! I've wanted to learn how to draw faces for a long time and with this course I finally can. 🥰

I love Gabriela’s art and her drawings are beautiful. However, this course is not detailed enough to really help with learning how to draw a face. It’s more intuitive, for someone already knows the basics, but for a novice it’s confusing as no method is given.

Wonderful course. A very honest way of teaching.

Gabriela is very good at explaining. I like her art and her way of teaching. But at the same time, this is too condensed. I like her so far.

Très bonnes bases mais j’aimerais plus de plans par au-dessus lorsque le prof dessine et il serait plus facile d’avoir la photo de l’exemple en permanence à gauche plutôt que une 1/2 photo. Cela permettrait de mieux comprendre les décisions du profs.
