Fun course. Wish it had gotten into the coloring aspect but it was helpful, nonetheless. Julie show you exactly how to draw animals for children's books.

Very good! A part 2 would be wonderful, from sketch to watercolour paper with paints. Brilliant!

I really enjoyed the style of teaching of Julie. She always explains each step and gives really useful tips. I like how in depth her teachings are but she also keeps it simple. The reference books are really helpful as well

I disegni dell'autrice sono molto belli. In alcune lezioni le spiegazioni non sono sufficienti, forse si da per scontato che gli allievi siano già preparati su alcuni argomenti (come anatomia animale, prospettiva...), ma il corso è per principianti. Alcuni video risultano sfuocati, quindi poco gradevoli da vedere.

Un buen curso para principiantes, lo recomendaría por ello, sin embargo, me hubiera gustado más que profundizara en el tema de los gestos de los personajes ya que el hacer una ilustración dinámica no es solo tener clara la línea de acción, sino que también las expresiones acompañadas de las acciones. Mientras ella estaba ilustrando, también hubiera sido bueno explicar qué estaba haciendo para no perder el interés

Recomiendo totalmente el curso porque era fácil de comprender y aprendi mucho sobre como hacer animalitos, pero la visualización de la cámara debería ser únicamente desde arriba, porque la cámara latera no dejaba ver muy bien el dibujo.

This course is not beginner level. It is clear she knows her stuff but I think that more emphasis on building up the form would be useful.

The main issue for me is the lack of reference photos.It'd be better to see the real animal- to analyze it and then to start sketching it. The second remark I have is for the perspective of the camera - the side view distorts the proportions and is confusing.
It'd help if the same structure is kept in all the sessions. For example, Julie says she starts with an action line, then head, torso, legs, etc. However, she doesn't follow this outlined structure in the videos.

Es un excelente curso, te da muchas herramientas para mejorar tus dibujos de animales.

This is very helpful course. I was worried about animal sketching and but now getting better.
