This is a useful starting-point for inexperienced writers. A bit too basic for me. The content is too narrowly focused on the single essay the teacher used as a case study.

Estoy encantada con el curso. La profe lo explica de forma sencilla y con muchos ejemplos. La verdad es que me ha motivado a ponerme las pilas y empezar ya con mi libro. Me hubiese gustado que diera recursos para lectura en español, o al menos de autores en lengua inglesa que estén traducidos al español. Por lo demás, perfecto.

Es un curso que te anima a escribir con técnicas que te facilita como arrancar.

Achei o curso bem básico, sem desenvolver noções importantes como o próprio conceito de memória.
Serve pra quem quer publicar artigos curtos no Medium, por exemplo. Acho também que a própria noção de ensaio que a professora traz é diferente do que consideramos ensaio no Brasil.
Não é um curso para quem já escreve profissionalmente.

Reconozco que he hecho varios cursos en Domestika y este se me ha hecho demasiado corto, por lo que aunque tiene conceptos interesantes, me quedó la sensación de no ser suficiente...

I enjoyed this course very much. The double timeline and three-act structure is mapped out visually and is perfect for organizing your ideas. The colorful highlighting (I used colored pencils) is just what a visual learner needs. As I complete my final project, I am more motivated than ever to keep writing regularly. I have subscribed to Courtney's newsletter, to stay in touch and find out when her next class is coming out.

As with every Domestika writing class I've ever taken (quite a few now) this memoir class was excellent and inspiring.

I love the structure and double timeline. I am organizing a long story using this method now. It is making me a better writer.

I have enjoyed the course very much. Courtney is a good teacher, explaining her techniques in an engaging and easily understandable manner. I like the double timeline and three act planning and writing aid, which interesting and helpful.
The course is shorter than I had expected, but I bought it on sale which made it a good deal.
