The course is a real find! Every step and video inspires, I want to drop everything at once and draw and paint! Dieter Braun is an excellent teacher who will guide you along the path from A to Z, and in the final you will receive a finished project that you never thought of.

I am really enjoying this course and I feel I have already learned a lot. Dieter explains by simply demonstrating (he shows you every step of his process) and I find that to be the easiest way for me to learn. His work is very inspiring. Also, this community is really excellent. He gives helpful feedback and also there are lots of interesting discussions and projects from other students.

This is truly a gem of a course, and I had loads of fun. Dieter explains from start to finish the proces of creating his very iconic and stylized artwork. I really liked how he showed how to draw directly inside shapes without cmd+7 clipping masks, and how he exports from illustrator to Photoshop for the best results.
I do think it's handy if you have a basic understanding of Illustrator, but in any circumstance, you'll definitely learn from his approach! A must buy on all levels!

Very informative, practical, yet easy to follow, this course by artist & illustrator Dieter Braun shows a thorough display of his creative process and introduces us to the vast world of illustrating children's books, and animals & wildlife in particular. It also introduces us to publishing, and overall, it's a very fun and rewarding experience. Greatly recommended.

This is an excellent course. As a beginner in Illustrator it really helped me to develop my skills and think about new possibilities in my own work. I love Dieter's illustrations, they are so textural and expressive.
