Loved taking this course! Owen is a great instructor and gives you lots of tips for creating digital illustrations and growing as an illustrator. I appreciated that he covered the less technical aspects of illustration - how to use reference material, develop your style, etc. Watching his process was super interesting. Overall I learned a lot and would highly recommend.

Easy to follow, and seeing Owen work in real time is super interesting, even as someone who's already familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator. Most of his tips are also transferable to other (vector-based) tools and programs. Very good class !

Wonderful course that really helped me to get past the technical and logistical hurdles of using Illustrator and start turning all my pencil-and-paper sketches into digital art. Owen elaborates just enough to avoid unnecessary jargon, but convey his point effectively. Definitely recommend!

Loved the way Owen describes creating process. Easy to digest, in-depth and coherent!

I liked this course and learned some new things, but the pace was way too fast, especially when demoing the different tools.
