I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone wanting to go into creative direction but don't know where to start. This is cheaper than any university course, and perfect those who don't need a traditional learning experience to offset their educational goals. There is 2h+ of video content, but don't be fooled, it took me 1 week to thoroughly go through the videos and 1 more week to do the practical work! Which for me was perfect!!! 2 weeks of learning for less than $10? That is a deal of a lifetime.
