Starting my professional journey as an educationist and later on moving to the world of corporate as a Human Resource professional, I found the unique perception of each individual deeply fascinating. I have a strong conviction that whether one is a student or an employee, their mental wellbeing is the foundation for how well they perform. Hence, I decided to go for NLP Certification. Along with being an HR Professional, I am also a Certified NLP Master Practitioner & Life Coach from the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP). I am also a Certified Master Timeline Interventionist from Time Line Therapy Association (TLTA). I believe an HR person has to be a great coach too to facilitate employees when need be and increase their overall productivity and performance, both, at individual level and workplace. I intend to work for the overall well-being of the people and make their lives happy, prosperous and empowered.
