I am a visual artist, a poet, and a great-grandmother. I have lived in Alaska with my life partner, Rebecca, for nearly 35 years. I am 76-years young. My greatest joy is family. I am currently studying illustration for a poetry collection, taking a sketchbook class by Domesticas' Felix Scheinberger and a guache class by Sarah Burns.

I have a synopsis for a working story and one finished (cover?) illustration.

Update: 9/21 For Shaun's writing class, I hope to learn to express myself fearlessly. Having taken another class with Shaun and now Felixs' "Daring to..." category, I feel confident I will soon know how to do so.
*10/2/21 health issues resolved. So excited to be back I've gotten a certificate completion from a course, enrolled in additional courses & returned to those I've needed to postpone.
